We established our positive reputation through building premier award winning luxury homes with scrupulous attention to detail. Through the years we became equally recognized for our lower level finishes, home renovations and enhancements. We now enjoy the work we do in both market segments.

Owner, Brett Childress is a Kansas City native and fell in love with the KC home market early in his career.

When he began building in the 1990’s it has always been his primary goal to build the most structurally sound home with the most outstanding design appeal. Connecting design and unique details which reflect the client’s personality.

Brett's successes come from sided on the side of being overly particular and timely about the progress of the project while paying very close attention to the details. These traits have become the foundation of Timberstone Homes.
