Owner, Brett Childress, is a Kansas City native and fell in love with the KC home market early in his career.

When he began building in the 1990’s, the primary goal to build the most structurally sound home with the most outstanding design appeal has always been on his mind. We love connecting design and unique details which reflect the client’s personality.

Brett's successes come from being overly particular and timely about the progress of projects, while paying very close attention to the details. These traits have become the foundation of Timberstone Homes.
