As the Founder and CEO of PLEX Capital, Amanda's vision is to build a company that brings significant value to its clients, team members, partners, and the community. She believes in being a company of impact.

Prior to founding PLEX Capital, she spent over 12 years successfully leading the sales and marketing functions of a startup finance company. She coordinated, developed, and implemented profitable marketing strategies as well as identified new markets for expansion.  

In Kansas City she earned her bachelor’s in management from Friends University and her Master’s in Business Administration from Baker University. Amanda currently resides in Overland Park, KS with her two children. During her free time, she enjoys running, reading, playing golf and traveling.
