Chapter Lunch Meeting--May 2022
The NARI – Kansas City Workforce Development Committee has requested you join us for an interactive panel (panelist listed below) discussion with school administrators that are influencing and training the future of the trade’s workforce. Hear the administrators’ thoughts on the challenges business owners will face with this workforce and suggestions on how business owners can overcome these challenges. Additional questions may be submitted to kcnari@remodelingkc.com or there will be an opportunity during the Q & A.
- What do you believe are the top three challenges businesses will face with the future workforce?
- What skillsets or technology should businesses start developing now to address future workforce work ethics?
- How are trade programs addressing future workforce soft skills such as, customer service, curiosity and creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and coordination, learnability and problem solving and time management.

Fees/Admission
Payment is due on receipt of your registration. Cancellation policy: Registration will be reimbursed for cancellations made prior to 4 days before the event. Cancellations need to be submitted in writing by email to kcnari@remodelingkc.com.
Registration is $35 for members; $40 for registration that needs to be invoiced and for non-members.
