Building a Team that Takes Ownership
Build a Team That Takes Ownership
Get employees to take initiative and produce consistent results, without constant follow up
(...and get your life back!)
The workforce shortage has left many contractors having to hire talent that is less (or not at all) experienced, and/or having to ask existing teams to increase output.
This often leaves you as an owner or manager feeling like you’re trying to herd cats to get a project completed on time, on budget, as promised.
What if you could have better way for employees taking ownership without you having to constantly stay on top of them? And would it be helpful to know how to get more control over the results on projects, without working more hours?
For over 25 years Vicki Suiter of Suiter Business Builders has been helping contractors do just that, and in this workshop, she’ll not only tell you how to accomplish that, but she’ll also actually give you the systems and tools for being able to implement what she teaches in your business!
You’ll leave this workshop knowing how to get employees to...
- Perform at a higher level
- Take ownership in whole new ways
- Follow through on agreements
AND you’ll get the FREE resources to help you get traction right away...
- Proven tools and systems Vicki has been implementing with clients for over 25 years
- Vicki’s book “The Profit Bleed – how managing margin can save your contracting business.” – your guide to making a consistent profit in your business.
- The Contractors Success Kit – your guide to getting more consistent results in your business
